Our staff is comprised of a handful of volunteer coaches. All former (and some current) players, each brings different perspectives and experiences to the program that, ultimately, push it forward.  


HANNAH cammack
Program Director

Hannah graduated from White Bear Lake High School in 2011. She played ultimate for 1 year at Purdue and another 3 at the University of Minnesota Duluth, serving as captain her last 2. Hannah graduated from UMD in 2015 with a chemical engineering degree before joining WBLU in the spring of 2016. She has coached the Girls/FMP and Mixed teams and took over as program director in 2018. After having 2 kids, Hannah stepped off the field in 2024, but still remains the program director for WBLU.

Hannah currently works as a manufacturing systems engineer at Tundra Companies in White Bear Lake and lives in Roseville with her husband Curtis and their kids Deklan and Brinly.

 

CURTIS CAMMACK
Asst program director, Asst tournament director

A graduate of WBL in 2011, Curtis played ultimate all four years of high school and YCC for two summers. In college, Curtis played another four years for the University of Minnesota Duluth, captaining his junior and senior year. He graduated with a bachelors in Civil Engineering and currently as a structural engineer in Larson Engineering's Curtain Wall department. Curtis began coaching for WBL in the Spring of 2016. He is one of few coaches to have coached in all high school divisions: Open, FMP and mixed. Two kids later, he stepped off the field in 2024 but remains heavily involved in running the program and helping with the Matoska tournament.

CODY MEHLHORN
Tournament director

A graduate of White Bear Lake in 2008, Cody was part of the inaugural WBL team back in '05 and then went on to play ultimate all four of his years at Eau Claire, captaining his last two. Cody came back to coach & program direct for WBL for many years before backing off after having a family. He started, and continues to run, WBL’s annual Matoska Classic Tournament. Cody works as a UX designer for Target and lives with his wife Kelly, two kids and blue heeler Frankie in Roseville.

JORDAN FARLEY

Also a part of the inaugural WBL Ultimate team, Jordan is the most seasoned coach in the program, starting back in 2010. Jordan is a Property Management Lead at Target and remains moderately active in Ultimate outside of coaching.

 

brandon Krekelberg
Head coach - boys/mmp JV

Brandon played ultimate at White Bear for four years in high school, and graduated in 2018. He then played for four years at the University of Minnesota Duluth and captained the team there for one of those years. He graduated in 2022 and works as a software engineer at Travelers insurance. He also plays club ultimate during the summer. He started coaching for WBLU in 2022.

 

Mike Anibas
Asst coach - Boys/MMP JV

Mike played ultimate at White Bear for three years and graduated in 2014. He then played one year at Iowa State University and remained active in pickup and intramural ultimate for the remainder of his time there. He now works at Anytime Fitness and specializes in long term wellness, injury prevention and performance based training. He started coaching for WBLU in 2024.


Robin Mooers
Co-head coach - Girls/FMP

Robin has been playing ultimate for more than 25 years. He started his ultimate journey in high school playing in an intramural league and from there assisted in creating and playing 3 years at the University of St. Thomas as one of the original captains. He has participated in multiple TCUL teams (mixed, open and masters), competitive nationally ranked open and mixed teams, played in international tournaments and is currently playing with the Surly Grand Masters open team. While he currently works as a Integration Director at TEAM Public Services, most of the days are spent with his wife (also active in ultimate) and three daughters. Rob started coaching the middle school teams at WBLU in 2021 before moving up to the high school level in the fall of 2024.

 

Katie Mooers
Co-head COACH - girls/FMP

Katie has been playing ultimate for almost 20 years. She met her husband Rob her junior year of college where he persuaded her to try out the game and she was instantly hooked. She captained the inaugural University of St. Thomas women’s team, Good and Plenty, and then went on to play 4 years of competitive women’s club ultimate before taking a break from club to raise her three girls. She has captained and participated on a variety of leagues and club teams (both women’s and mixed) over the years, most recently captaining the twin cities women’s grand masters Stretch Mark and competing in 2024 on the newly formed mixed grand masters team Good Grief where she was able to play on the World’s stage for the first time. By day, Katie works at Securian Financial as an Initiatives Lead Consultant where she coaches several leadership development and program teams. She is excited to bring her coaching skillset to the girls’ high school ultimate team along with Rob.

 

Nora Oslund
Asst COACH - girls/FMP

Nora graduated from White Bear Lake in 2023 and played ultimate throughout high school. She was a captain and a member of the all-state team during her senior season. Upon graduation, she returned as an assistant coach of the Girls/FMP team. Nora is currently going to school at Dakota County Technical College to become a veterinary technician.
