Bring cleats, running shoes, water, a light and a dark shirt or jersey and clothes appropriate for running outdoors.

Players should be cleated and ready to warmup promptly at 3:30pm. If you need to change or use the bathroom, that can be done at Sunrise MS but not until AFTER 3:15pm. The Activity Bus does stop at Sunrise MS for those players that need rides to practice.
